The low ceiling in the attic rooms was a nuisance!!! The shower pressure could definitely be improved, and the parking situation needs better management to prevent difficulties upon arrival!!!

The seafood platter at dinner was one of the best I've ever had, perfectly complemented by friendly staff eager to ensure a memorable experience.

The cozy lounges were delightful, but the bar area was unkempt during peak hours.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was mostly good. The breakfast spread was awesome, with so many options to pick from! Our room was cozy, but the bathroom could’ve been cleaner—def not what you'd expect at this price. Oh, and the check-in rules were a bit ridiculous. made us wait even though our room was ready.

the hotel was super clean and gave us everything we needed. loved the location, close to shops n restaurants. breakfast was yummy and the staff were really fast and friendly. we enjoyed the patio area too, nice to chill outside. our room was comfy and cozy for our 2 night stay.

but we had to wait a bit for service at dinner, which was kinda frustrating. also, our room was on the third floor, which felt like a big climb after a long day!

We really loved how conveniently located this hotel was, just a short walk from the beautiful Lymington Nature Reserve and charming local restaurants like Cafe Tres Bon, making our weekend city strolls both enjoyable and effortless. the staff were attentive and made our stay special, though the atmosphere felt a bit tense at times.

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were wonderfully attentive throughout my stay. the food experience was somewhat average as certain dishes lacked flavor and presentation. Even so, the warm reception and beautiful decor made the trip enjoyable.

We had a fantastic family getaway, exploring Lymington and its beautiful harbor. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was a delightful feast with quality ingredients. My daughters particularly loved the cozy decor and the tasty meals, making our stay memorable.

the hotel's proximity to woodside park, just over a kilometer away, allowed for leisurely strolls amidst nature, and we loved how close the berthon marina was, making it easy to enjoy the scenic waterfront views.

Better accessibility for seniors would be appreciated.
